To make the stuffing, wash the cabbage properly and remove upper leaves. Keep it soaked for 5 to 10 minutes in lukewarm salted water. Rinse again with cold water and dry it. After this chop it finely to make stuffing smooth. Heat two tablespoons oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger paste. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder and cabbage followed by salt. Sauté everything properly so the mixture becomes soft.
