  • 4 cups water or vegetable stock

How to Prepare Nutritious Vegetable Soup

  • Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté garlic and onions till they turn fragrant.
  • Add all chopped vegetables and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  • Pour water or vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.
  • Add salt, pepper, and herbs; simmer for 10–12 minutes until vegetables become soft.
