Foods You Can Eat During Navratri

During Navratri fasting, devotees consume light and nutritious food that helps them maintain energy for the entire day. Fruits like apple, banana, papaya, and pomegranate are widely eaten. Dry fruits including almonds, cashews, and raisins are also a good source of energy. Dairy items such as milk, paneer, and curd are allowed, making them a staple for many households.
