Preparation Of Sabudana
The most important step is soaking sabudana correctly. Wash the pearls well and soak them in double the amount of water for about four to five hours. Once they swell up and become soft, drain the excess water completely. Proper soaking ensures the vada will turn out crisp and not sticky.
