- 1 ready-made pizza base (regular or whole wheat)
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato ketchup
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ onion sliced
- ½ capsicum sliced
- ½ cup sweet corn (optional)
- 4–5 mushroom slices (optional)
- Paneer cubes or cooked chicken pieces (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
Homemade Pizza Recipe in 20 Minutes
- Prepare the Base: Spread olive oil lightly on the pizza base. Then apply a generous layer of pizza sauce evenly across the surface.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese all over the base to create a rich and creamy layer.
- Add Toppings: Place sliced onions, capsicum, corn, mushrooms, paneer, or chicken as preferred. Add another thin layer of cheese on top for an extra cheesy taste.
- Cook the Pizza: In Oven, Preheat to 200°C and bake for 10–12 minutes. On Pan/Tawa, Heat a tawa on low flame, place the pizza, cover it with a lid, and cook for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
- Final Touch: Remove from heat and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes for added flavour.
