Dinesh Vijan’s latest comedy film Bhool Chuk Maaf is the first Bollywood movie this year to release on OTT within just 14 days of its theatrical run. Directed by Karan Sharma, Bhool Chuk Maaf was first set to release in theatres on 9 May. But due to the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor, the film’s theatrical release was cancelled. Instead, the makers decided to release it directly on OTT—even after the advance booking had already started.
Bhool Chook Maaf Stayed in Theatres for Two Weeks
After the initial cancellation of the theatrical release, PVR Inox went to court. The High Court ruled in favor of the theatre owners. As a result, Bhool Chook Maaf was released in theatres on 23 May. Now, after running for two weeks, it is also available on OTT.’
Where is Bhool Chook Maaf Streaming?
Rajkummar Rao’s comedy film Bhool Chook Maaf has now been released on Amazon Prime Video. From today, fans can watch it online. The makers shared a fun video on Instagram where Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi announced the OTT release. The caption of the video said, “Bhoolna Do Dekhna.”
Bhool Chook Maaf Box Office Collection
Bhool Chook Maaf has done well at the box office in just two weeks. The total collection so far is ₹66.75 crore. According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹1.65 crore on its 14th day. Even on non-weekend days, the film has made good money.
