Where Will Bhool Chuk Maaf Release on OTT?
Bhool Chuk Maaf was earlier scheduled to release on 9 May 2025. But due to rising tensions between India and Pakistan at that time, the makers decided to skip a theatrical release and stream it directly on OTT. Based on this decision, the film was planned to stream on Amazon Prime Video from 16 May.
However, a petition was filed in court by multiplex owners against the film’s OTT release. Because of this legal action, the makers had to change their decision. Finally, Bhool Chuk Maaf was released in theatres on 23 May 2025 instead of OTT. Even though it is now in theatres, the digital rights of the movie are still with Amazon Prime Video.
When Will It Release on OTT?
So far, the makers have not officially announced the OTT release date. Since it has been only 12 days since the film’s theatrical release, it is expected that Bhool Chuk Maaf may arrive on Amazon Prime Video in the second week of July 2025.
Bhool Chuk Maaf’s Box Office Performance
According to media reports, the total budget of Bhool Chuk Maaf was around ₹50 crores. In just 11 days, the film has earned nearly ₹62 crores at the Indian box office. Globally, the film has collected around ₹80 crores, making it a strong contender for a box office hit.
