The gold market witnessed a sharp decline on November 15 as prices of both gold and silver fell in the domestic bullion market. Gold rates often change rapidly, and this time too, the dip surprised buyers. After a significant fall in Friday’s futures trading, prices dropped again on Saturday morning. In Delhi, 24-carat gold slipped to ₹127,180 per 10 grams, and similar reductions were observed across major cities.

Gold Rate Market Overview

Gold and silver prices continued their downward trend as the domestic bullion market opened with a decline. Experts noted a consistent fluctuation throughout the week, with prices sometimes rising and at times falling sharply. The latest update shows stability only in silver, while gold continues to face pressure.

The gold price in Mumbai remained stable at ₹116,440 for 22-carat and ₹127,030 for 24-carat per 10 grams. Chennai also recorded the same rates, with both cities witnessing a similar pattern in fluctuations. The unchanged silver rate provided slight stability despite volatility in gold.

Kolkata and Pune Price Trends

Kolkata reported 22-carat gold at ₹116,440 and 24-carat at ₹127,030 per 10 grams, mirroring Mumbai’s rates. Pune too showed identical pricing, indicating uniformity across several western and eastern markets where gold buying remains strong.

Bengaluru Market Situation

In Bengaluru, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹127,030 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold stood at ₹116,440. The city’s market reflected the same rate chart as Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata, showing similar demand trends.
