Facebook’s WhatsApp is releasing another new update for the convenience of users. The application has many new features to make your conversations more fun and engaging. Yes! This update is likely to bring much-needed changes to the messaging platform’s voice message feature.
The update reveals that it will let the senders hear voice messages before finally sending them to the recipients. Currently, voice messages are sent directly to the recipients as soon as the sender finishes recording the message, leaving no room for improvement in the quality of the note. Now, however, the upcoming feature will ensure that users get a second chance to change their mind. Now users can listen to voice notes once again before forwarding them. This will benefit them to preserve what they wanted to say and can even improve the quality of the message in the second attempt if they are not happy with the first attempt. In addition, WhatsApp is also expected to show ripples while users record their voice messages. The social media giant has reportedly launched new features for the beta version of the Android and iOS apps.
Going forward with the update, WhatsApp users will be able to pause the recording to listen to the voice message before they start recording again. Two new updates to Voice Messages are launching after WhatsApp recently rolled out a new feature that allows users to change the speed of voice notes on the app.
