There is good news for Indian cricket fans. Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar has returned home from the hospital after recovering from a coronovirus infection. Sachin was diagnosed with coronovirus on 27 March last month. He was then admitted to a hospital in Mumbai on 2 April as a precaution. Since then, Sachin was present in the hospital under the supervision of doctors. Now Sachin has been discharged from the hospital after about a week. Sachin himself informed about this by tweeting on Thursday 8 April. He will be isolated at home for some time to recover fully.
Sachin Tendulkar said this by releasing a statement on his social media accounts after being discharged from the hospital on Thursday. He wrote, “I have just returned home from the hospital and for the time being I will rest during my isolation and will be fully recovered.” I thank all of you for your prayers and wishes. ”
Tendulkar thanked the medical staff of the hospital for his care and saluted him for the ongoing struggle against the epidemic for the past one year. “I am also grateful to the health workers who took good care of me and have been facing these difficult situations for the last one year,” he said.
Sachin Tendulkar contracted Corona last month. He returned to Raipur after playing the Road Safety World Series. He was followed by other former Indian players Yusuf Pathan, Subramanian Badrinath and Irfan Pathan, who were Sachin’s partners in the tournament. All of them had isolated themselves in their homes.
