The dosa of semolina in a different taste from dal-rice dosa becomes instant and it is very tasty to eat. If you want to make dosa in a hurry, then you can make semolina masala dosa.

-Suji (rava) – 1/2 cup
– half a cup of yogurt
-Oil – 3-4 tablespoons
Coriander – 2-3 tbsp
– Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
– Asafoetida – Pinch
-Rea – 1/2 tsp
– Green chili – 2 finely chopped
– Salt – As per taste
– Two boiled potatoes and rye for filling

To make Rava Dosa, first mix yogurt in semolina (rava) in a deep bottom vessel and add a cup of water from the top and mix until it dissolves. You have to prepare this solution a little thin so that it spreads well. After this leave it for a while. Now for the filling, mix in the refined oil by adding mustard, chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander, salt, cumin, asafetida and coarse PC black pepper and add boiled potatoes to it and mix it with salt. After this, spread the oil on a non-stick pan with the help of a brush. For the dosa, add a spoon to the mixture and spread it on a griddle with a small bowl. Turn the heat on high and allow the dosa to roast till it becomes golden brown. Now the filling of potato that you have made. Fill it and bake it from the other side as well. After this, serve with coconut chutney.
