- 1½ cups pasta (penne or fusilli works best)

- 1½ cups milk (warm)

- ½ cup chopped capsicum (bell peppers)

- ¼ cup chopped carrots

Preparation Steps
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Boil water in a deep pan.
- Add salt and oil.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente (soft yet slightly firm).
- Drain the water and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat butter or olive oil in a pan.
- Add all chopped vegetables.
- Sauté for 2–3 minutes on medium flame (keep them slightly crunchy).
- Remove and keep aside.
