After all, why is Britain not recognizing India’s ‘Corona Vaccine’?

New Delhi: In India, mainly two vaccines of corona are being administered. It contains both Covishield and Covaxin. But people planning to go to the UK with the Corona vaccine have suffered a major setback. New guidelines (UK India Flight Guidelines) have been issued by the UK (including England, Scotland and Northern Ireland), which are to come into effect from 4 October. It does not recognize both the corona vaccines in India.

Covishield, which is developed by the Serum Institute, is being vaccinated in the UK as Astragenica-Oxford to that extent. Even after this, Britain has not recognized Kovishield. According to the rules currently in place by the UK, people vaccinated against Covishield and Covaxin will be considered ‘non-vaccinated’. This means that they have to accept all the conditions that the vaccinator has to meet. Although Sputnik is also being vaccinated in India, this too has not been recognized in the list.

The UK has said in its order that fully vaccinated travelers from India as well as many other countries such as Thailand and Africa will have to be quarantined for 10 days. At the same time, RT-PCR test will have to be done many times. Well, these rules are already in place, India was expecting relaxation now, but it didn’t happen.
