Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will take a tough stance against officers who do not address public grievances. The Chief Minister intends to promptly resolve all public grievances. Under this, the Chief Minister has decided that a board will be installed at the police station, tehsil and block headquarters. This board will have the number of “Chief Minister at your door” and Chief Minister Helpline 1076 and the public will be requested to contact the Chief Minister Helpline 1076 about any complaints that their officials have not resolved. So that action can be taken against the officer who did not take proper cognizance of their complaints. For quick resolution of public problems, the Chief Minister on Wednesday also said that any citizen of the state has any problem, feel free to contact the Chief Minister Helpline 1076. The performance of the officers posted in the field will be assessed based on the complaints coming on the CM helpline. Be it Tehsildar or Police Station, if the public is not satisfied with their actions then action will be taken against them.
In this sequence, in a high-level meeting on Thursday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed to put boards outside the police station, tehsil and block headquarters. Along with this, the Chief Minister has also instructed to make the public aware for the maximum use of CM Helpline 1076. The Chief Minister is of the opinion that most complaints are received by the public only at the police station and tehsil level. If the grievances of the people at the police station and tehsil level are resolved in time, then the problems of the public will be reduced. The number of disputes at the local level will be substantially reduced.
Under this thinking, the Chief Minister has said that any person whose problem has not been resolved at the police station and tehsil level can contact the CM helpline 1076 at any time regarding his problem. Such complaints received on the helpline will be resolved promptly. Along with this, the District Collector, Police Captain and the Police Officer will be made accountable for the disposal of public grievance at the police station and tehsil level. Action will also be taken against the person who filed a fake complaint on the CM helpline.
In this order, the Chief Minister will have a board written on your doorstep in every police station, tehsil and block headquarters. So that the public can understand that the Chief Minister is concerned about the diagnosis of their problems. He wants officials to be interested in diagnosing public problems. Those officers who are not taking interest in redressal of public grievances, write and tell about them directly on the Chief Minister Helpline, the government will take action against such officers and will also diagnose the problems of the public. Expecting the public, the problems of the people settled at the police station and tehsil level will also be rated, so that it can be known that in which district, the problems of the public are showing speed.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while meeting with the high officials at the Chief Minister’s residence, has taken this decision while discussing the mechanism to solve the problems of the people at the police station and tehsil level. The government is of the view that through the CM helpline, the problems of the people will be speeded up.
