Study done like this: In order to understand the effects of caffeine on athletic performance, the researchers asked 15 male participants to complete an exercise test four times at seven-day intervals, during which their fat burn levels were also routinely measured.


The participants took either 3 mL / kg of caffeine or a placebo at eight in the morning and five in the evening. Results showed that participants who consumed caffeine burned more fat than those who took placebo. Doctor Amaro stated that the results of our study showed that 30 minutes before performing an aerobic exercise test, caffeine is helpful in increasing fat oxidation.
