– 1 cup sago
– 2 tablespoons peanuts
– 2 boiled potatoes
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 2 Green Chillies
– 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
– 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
– Rock salt to taste
First of all, put half a cup of water in a vessel and soak sago for 2-3 hours.
After this, put oil in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating.
Add peanuts and fry them lightly and take them out on a separate plate.
– Then you add cumin seeds to it and fry it.
After this, you have to fry by adding green chilies and potatoes in it.
Then add sago, black pepper powder and salt and cook it while stirring for 2 minutes.
Add green coriander off the gas after the scheduled time.
– Sago khichdi is ready. Serve it hot.
