Buttermilk: 2 cups
Millet flour: 1 tbsp
Whole Cumin: Half a teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Roasted Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves: 4-5

To make Rajasthani Rabri or Bajre Rabri, first of all keep the flour of Bajra in it.
After this, take buttermilk in a big vessel and add a little bit of millet flour in it and keep stirring.
Keep in mind that after adding the dough, there is no kernel in the buttermilk.
After this, add salt and cumin in this mixture and then add water according to your need.
Turn the prepared mixture on low heat and stir constantly.
After the mixture comes to a boil, cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring.
Rajasthani Rabri will be prepared in this way.
After keeping the rabri overnight, adding roasted cumin and buttermilk to the glass is mixed with roasted cumin and mint leaves and drinking it.
