We use potatoes in our regular cooking, but after peeling, we usually discard the skin. But, today we bring you a recipe to make use of potato peels and enjoy some spicy and crunchy chips. People of all ages will love this easy recipe.
Ingredients of Potato Skin Chips
leftover potato peels
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp peri-peri masala
1 tbsp ajwain
salt to taste
How to make Aloo Skin Chips
1. Assemble and clean the potato skins, then drizzle a little olive oil over them and bake in the oven until crisp and golden brown.
2. In a bowl add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, carom seeds, peri-peri masala and mix and make a spice mixture.
3. Once done, add the peels of your baked potatoes to it.
