3. According to Ayurveda, one should always avoid other gas-forming foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, okra and onion for 40 days after the cesarean delivery.

4. Women should avoid eating fried food after cesarean delivery, as it is very difficult to avoid. Women may also face indigestion, burning and gas problems due to eating fried food.
