He was returning home with Lumthing, who worked at the Catholic Medical Center. “In Luwangsangbam, police stopped two CDOs right in front of the CM residence, then I was interrogated.
After slapping twice, he asked me who you are, then I told him that I am a doctor, that we are coming from the hospital after the operation, after which the police demanded to see my ID card. Despite showing them my ID proof, they shouted at me and even loaded an AK rifle to threaten me. He hit me on the head with the butt of an AK rifle, which I blacked out for a few minutes,” said Dr. Soringam.

He made a strong appeal to the government to take appropriate and exemplary action against the “wrong and barbaric” security personnel.
