Honda Upcoming New Electric Sports Cars Teaser Release

Many experts believe that the time to come is of fully electric cars. This is also the reason why all the car makers are focusing on electric cars. Now Japanese auto maker Honda has announced to make two new electric cars. Honda announced the creation of two new electric cars through its Twitter account and also released their teaser.

Looking at the teased picture, it is difficult to ascertain more details of the design of the cars as the cars are covered in the picture. Honda has shown two electric sports cars with covers in the teaser image. In the tweet, the company wrote, “Fun-to-drive is in our DNA. Honda announces plans to manufacture two electrified sports car models.”

However, no information has been revealed about whether these cars will be introduced in the Indian market or not. Nothing has been said officially from the company in this regard. But according to the reports, the cars will be introduced in the global markets.

Honda City e:HEV launched in India
Apart from this, Honda has introduced a hybrid version of its city car in India. Honda unveiled its new offering City e:HEV sedan in the Indian market, marking its entry into the mainstream strong hybrid electric vehicle segment in the country. The company has started booking the City e:HEV. However, it has not been launched yet. The Honda City e:HEV is planned to be launched next month.

According to the company, the City e:HEV sedan will feature a robust two-motor hybrid system mated to a 1.5-litre petrol engine. It can combined generate maximum power of 126 PS. The company claims that the car will give a mileage of 26.5 kmpl. It also gets many features like wide angle high performance front camera, emergency braking, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control.
