Snoring Issues: According to a research, snoring can reduce your memory to a great extent.

If someone in your family has a problem of snoring, do not take it lightly as it may weaken the memory of the person. According to a recent study conducted by scientists at the University of Toronto, Canada, about the problem of obstructive sleep apnea, snoring is related to a person’s brain and it affects the ability to think and memory as well. In such a problem, there is a slight disturbance in the breathing process of a person in sleep, due to which the sound of snoring is heard.

According to lead researcher Mark Bulos, good sleep is beneficial for the brain and it strengthens memory. We found in our study that more than half of the people struggling with forgetting problems were suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. Those who had snoring problems, they got the lowest marks in the memory test. A questionnaire based on sleep and mood was filled with these participants. Researchers found 52 percent of these participants in the study to have suffered from obstructive sleep apnea. Therefore, if you have such a problem, consult a doctor without delay. Due to snoring at bedtime, there is a problem in breathing. Many times a situation arises that a person gets nervous due to restlessness and suffocation. And this problem is caused by lack of oxygen. Doctor’s opinion

This research is absolutely correct, sleep is disrupted by people who snore. Deep sleep is necessary to keep memories safe, but people suffering from such problems do not get good sleep, due to which their memory power starts to decrease.
