Selena Gomez highlights her decision to ‘sign her life to Disney’


Selena Gomez seems to have realized that her previous statements about handing over her life to Disney were misunderstood. The singer has now explained that the comments about her work on the Disney Channel were made in jest and that she is “beyond proud” of her previous work with the channel.

To refresh ‘your’ memory, the fetish singer joked about signing her “Life Away to Disney” earlier this month while promoting her upcoming Hulu series Only Murders in the Building, according to the channel. Recounting his time as a young cast member on the Wizards of Waverly Place sitcom from 2007 to 2012.

“I signed my life to Disney at a young age, so I didn’t know exactly what I was doing. I was a kid, I was just running around on set, and now I’m a I feel like a sponge and I absorb all the wisdom I can,” she said at a press panel. Now, taking note of her comments in a recent joint interview with Steve Martin, Gomez has Addressed that the comment was “made in jest.” “I’m proud of the work I did with Disney as well. It kind of shapes who I am,” Gomez said, adding that she was looking forward to doing another shot on television

Gomez started her career with the television series Barney & Friends. In his teens, he was seen in Wizards of Waverly Place. She also had a brief role in Hannah Montana.
