Sometimes there is severe pain in the wrist due to lifting heavy objects or getting injured. Many people use painkillers to get rid of this pain. Pain killers are very harmful for health. Instead, you can get relief from wrist pain by using some home remedies.
1- If you have severe pain in your wrist, mix 6 drops of mustard oil in two drops of mint oil and mix it well. Now massage your wrist with this oil. Wrist pain is cured by massaging the wrist with this oil twice a day.
2- Sometimes swelling also comes along with pain in the wrist. In this case, cook with ice. This will remove the swelling of your wrist and also give relief from pain.
3- Take hot water in a vessel and add some salt and mustard oil to it. Now dip your wrist in this water and keep it for 10 minutes. By doing this you will get relief from wrist pain.
