Diwali Special: Homemade Stuffed Capsicum Recipe

Capsicum is a vegetable with a variety of health benefits, including improved metabolism and heart health. Stuffed capsicum or capsicum can be made in many ways. This food contains bell peppers that are filled with various emotions, such as vegetables, rice, sauces, cheese, or even meat.

After that capsicum is fried or baked. So here is a quick recipe of Indian Style Stuffed Capsicum that you can prepare at home in just four easy steps.

Step: To make the stuffing, heat 2 tbsp oil. Now add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. Cook till the rawness is gone.

Step 2: Add 12 tbsp red chilli powder, 14 tbsp turmeric powder, 14 tbsp coriander powder, 14 tbsp cumin powder and salt as per taste.

Step 3: In a bowl mix 14 tsp garam masala powder, 12 tsp amchur powder and 1 cup shredded paneer. Then, add 2 cups cooked, peeled and mashed potatoes to the pan.

Step 1: Cut 3-4 capsicum halves from above. To hollow out the seeds, remove them. Fill 2 tbsp of the prepared mixture in it and cook it in oil till it becomes golden brown. When they become soft, take them off the fire. Serve by sprinkling grated mozzarella cheese on top.
