The CE 02 concept electric mini-bike was unveiled by the German luxury automaker BMW Group.
According to The Verge, the CE 02 has an 11kW belt-drive motor, which should enable the bike to reach a peak speed of around 90 kilometers per hour (about 56 mph). The battery capacity has not been disclosed, but BMW claims that the CE 02 can travel 90 kms on a single charge.
The car gets a modern appearance and features an LED headlamp as well as an LCD instrument dashboard. The bike has 15 inch wheels and weighs 120 kg. The BMW CE 02 is a concept electric scooter that is yet to be confirmed as a construction vehicle. The iX xDrive50, the production version of the company’s iNext concept electric car, was first unveiled in the United States.
