There is no denying that Attack will have the most number of theatres in the Hindi belt owing to the big-star film, but, will the John starrer be able to rake in the expected amount? is the thing to ponder over.

Setbacks

As we know that there are already two blockbuster films, RRR and Agnihotri’s TKF continuing to wreak havoc at the box office, with this the film is locking horns with the much-anticipated Hollywood action flick Morbious. Therefore the road to success for Lashya Raj Anand’s directorial is it will have to face many blockades.

Early Reviews

The early reviews for the film are out and it received mixed to negative responses mostly negative, TOI gave the film 3.5 out of 5 stars, film beat 2.5 out of 5, and the entertainment portal Koimoi gave the film 2 out of 5 they bashed the story and the narration of the film.

Advance Ticket Bookings Collection

While the trailer got an amazing response from the movie-lovers, it didn’t showcase in the film’s advance ticket booking collections, the film has collected only around Rs 70-80 lakhs.

Going by the collection of the films like The Kashmir Files and Rajamouli’s RRR, it seems that John’s Attack will have to struggle for the double digits at the box office, as both the former films are in the beast mode at the BO currently and as per the trade analysts the effect of it will surely be seen on the Attack’s business. As the exhibitors will be reluctant to showcase the film owing to the success of both RRR and TKF at the box office North.

Box Office Collection Day 1

The only good thing for the John starrer is that the distributor of The RRR and The Attack are the same, Jayantilal Gada, so we expect that he
would’ve distributed the film wisely.

As per our early estimates, Attack would collect around Rs 9 Crs on day 1 (Friday) which is far less given that John Abraham is a big name
in the Hindi cinema industry, the collections should have the other way round. The only thing that could save John’s action flick is positive word of mouth, let’s see how the film performs further at the box office.

However, these figures are based on early estimates, the film could earn much higher, stay tuned to this post as we will be up to date with the article whenever Attack’s day 1 BOC comes out.
