  • 1½ cups milk (warm)
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon mixed Italian herbs or oregano
  • ¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum (bell peppers)
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup onions, sliced

Preparation Steps

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil water in a deep pan.
  2. Add salt and oil.
  3. Add pasta and cook until al dente (soft yet slightly firm).
  4. Drain the water and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add all chopped vegetables.
  3. Sauté for 2–3 minutes on medium flame (keep them slightly crunchy).
  4. Remove and keep aside.
